Dr. Anne Zhang is currently a Manager in Yahoo Search Science Group, focusing on leveraging user feedback for search quality evaluation and relevance improvement. Prior to joining Yahoo, Anne was an assistant professor at University of Kansas, where her research interest was primarily on the interface of machine learning and bioinformatics. Anne holds a PhD degree in Information Sciences and Technology from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Tsinghua University in China.
