Profile
Donald Metzler is currently a Research Scientist at Yahoo! Research in Santa Clara, CA. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2007. His research interests include information retrieval, machine learning, and their intersection.
He is the co-author of Search Engines: Information Retrieval in Practice, which will be published in the early part of 2009.
